In order to increase the competitiveness and the operating abilities of our customers, we carry out the following value added services in our in-house work shops:

  // Desiccation à In its facilities in Zorrozaurre (Bilbao), Forest Trafic has three dehumidifiers with a total capacity of 60m3 max.

  // Customized cuttingà We have at our disposal a Gibben cutting machine with which we can perform any kind of cutting job.

  // Calibration à This is essential for certain works of high added value. We execute calibrations of parts not wider than 1,900mm. Results with deviation between 0 and +0.2mm.

  // Coating à With our leading-edge gluing section of the label HOMAG and under application of PUR glues and endless press, we can conduct coating jobs in natural veneer and any other type of HPL, metal, etc.

  // Contour/Tenon dowel jointsà On demand, we can produce any board or part with tenon dowel joints or contour the material.

  // Mechanization à We possess a modern CNC machine with which we carry out all your customized parts.

  // Finishing à With water-based lacquer. We also use fireproof lacquers (M1).

  // Management of transport à Thanks to the quantity of shipments we carry out and by the application of a specially designed software, we are in a position to calculate for every operation the transport costs using a database of 23 transport agencies. So we will always be able to provide you with the best transport option.
